You May Have Some Questions
Here are some answers
+ So you work together, or...?
We are a package deal, meaning you will have both of us to capture the magic of your wedding day. We have a small group of trusted associate photographers we have worked with before to cover for us in case of unavailability or emergency. We don’t just choose anyone who’s available off a facebook group.
+ What happens before the wedding?
We meet in person (or via FaceTime if you’re not in KC) for a consultation to discuss your wedding vision, recommend other vendors, and plan locations for your complimentary engagement session. At least 6 weeks before your wedding, we will meet to finalize the timeline (it’s really because we want to hang out with you).
+ How do we get started?
Send us an inquiry to see if your date is still available!
+ What happens during the wedding?
This is going to be an absolute blur for you, which is why you’re hiring us to capture all the moments. You get to marry your person and dance the night away with all your friends and family. It’s your party - enjoy the hell out of it!
+ What happens after the wedding?
We will send you a sneak peek gallery within a week of your wedding. Your gallery will be fully edited within 4-6 weeks of your wedding. We will arrange a viewing party for you (bring family and friends if you’d like!) to relive your wedding day and pick favorites to purchase your custom-designed album. Your online gallery will be available to you immediately after the viewing party.
+ What if something bad happens?
Between the two of us, we have:
5 camera bodies that write to two memory cards at once (we literally don’t go to sleep after a wedding until the images are backed up to three different places)
13 lenses, 18 flashes (sometimes reception venues are dark and you have to light that bitch up), a battery-powered ice light in case the power goes out (it happened once, we were prepared), and we are registered as an LLC and have liability insurance for our company and insurance to cover all of our gear.
