When you hire vendors who are really fucking good at their craft and love what they do, there are very few things that can go wrong on your wedding day.
We take our vendor recommendations extremely seriously. You're investing a lot of time and energy and money into us - we will only refer vendors we have personally worked with, who show up with great energy and attitudes to make the experience for you and your guests one to remember.

We get to party with Shweta and Nick tomorrow and I love these people so much. I can't wait to celebrate them!
Shweta and Nick are both doctors. They met during their neurology residency, did the long distance thing while Shweta did her fellowship in Chicago.
Nick came to Chicago to propose to Shweta. He made a reservation at a fancy restaurant, some friends were able to make the trip to celebrate, and after a long day at work, Shweta decided to stay at home to get some rest and meet up with everyone the next day, not realizing she was essentially missing her own proposal. So instead, a real life proposal in pajamas happened at her apartment because Nick couldn't wait anymore.
During the wedding planning process, life threw them a curveball with a sad and untimely death in the family. They called off their September wedding and decided to postpone celebrations for another time. After all of the emotion of planning a wedding and losing a loved one, they decided to do their own thing and elope. They had the day off work, so they went to the downtown courthouse and picked up a marriage license and then went to @boulevard_beer to grab a beer and figure out who their witnesses should be. In the theme of let's not wait any longer, they asked their bartenders to sign the marriage license right then and there!
So tomorrow, we celebrate these two who have a love that is strong and patient and understands that love isn't always fun happy times, it's being present when things get hard. 💖
